🎯 Tactical Ride by Kawada
Settled in sixth position early on, Kawada made his move turning for home. Arzine surged past the field in the final 300 meters, holding firm despite Coconut Brown’s fierce late charge. The final time: 1:46.0 on firm turf.
“She tends to hesitate late, so I made sure to give her a safety cushion. She’s matured tremendously,” said Kawada.
🔁 Redemption and Growth
Last year, Arzine finished a heartbreaking third in this same race. Her win this year wasn’t just revenge — it was proof of growth, resilience, and legacy fulfilled.
